Weve been busy taking Insalata’s food on the road…from an intimate dinner for eight in St. Helena to a reception for 300 in San Francisco. Once you describe what you have in mind for your event, we create the most sumptuous menu, taking into consideration your tastes and style as well as the venue and your budget. We can also arrange for rental of equipment, floral services and valet parking.

Chris Engel, former take-out manager, is now devoting her time exclusively to handling off-site catering requests. She is a stickler for details, a good listener and planner, and a professionally trained chef.
